Guinea Pig Show - Dunedin

Otago Cavy Club is celebrating five years since the club restarted with a special 5th Anniversary Guinea Pig Show at Carisbrook School Hall in Dunedin. Open to the public for gold coin entry, this family-friendly event brings together purebred showing, pet guinea pig classes, novelty categories, junior participation, raffles, a café, kids’ activities, and plenty for guinea pig lovers to enjoy.

The day includes a Championship Purebred Show, Novice Purebred Show, Junior Exhibitor Purebred Show, a Junior Handler Class, and the Mega Pet Show, with options for both experienced and first-time exhibitors. Visitors can also browse guinea pig products, support the raffle, enjoy the colouring table, and learn more about guinea pig showing, handling, and breed knowledge in a welcoming club environment.
