Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Most purchases on our site are one-time purchases. The following terms apply only if a product expressly offers a subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy option. Before purchase, the product and checkout will show its price, payment timing, cancellation process, and any other material conditions.

Subscriptions

If a product offers a subscription, its purchase details will state the billing frequency, duration, and whether it renews automatically. You may cancel future renewals using the method provided with that subscription or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges after the applicable cancellation deadline shown before purchase; it does not automatically refund a payment already due or a service already supplied. Our Refund Policy and your rights under New Zealand law continue to apply.

Pre-orders

If a product is offered as a pre-order, we will state when payment is taken and the expected fulfilment period. You may contact us to cancel before fulfilment and receive a refund of the amount paid. If fulfilment has begun, the applicable product terms, our Refund Policy, and New Zealand law determine the available remedy.

Try Before You Buy

If we offer this option, we will state the trial period, return method, and date or event that triggers payment before you order. Returning the item in accordance with those disclosed terms prevents the later purchase charge. Faulty or misdescribed items remain subject to your rights under New Zealand law.
