Stavely Camp Forest - Book Launch

Discover the history and enduring community connection behind one of Staveley’s surviving pockets of native forest at the launch of Remnant. Told through the perspectives of nine people, the book brings together memories of the former church camp, local stories, biodiversity and changing attitudes towards protecting natural places. The launch begins at 3pm on Friday 25 September in the Ashburton Library Event Space. Places should be reserved in advance.
