Waitaki Arts Festival 2026

Waitaki Arts Festival returns from Friday 16 to Sunday 25 October with ten days of music, theatre, comedy, exhibitions, workshops and community events across Ōamaru and the wider Waitaki district. The 2026 programme brings together leading Aotearoa performers and local creative talent, opening with Fly My Pretties at the Oamaru Opera House.
